| 摘 要： | 利用ELISA方法对广西6个规模猪场送检的1626份猪血清进行猪瘟野毒感染情况调查。结果6个规模猪场均存在猪瘟野毒感染，其中母猪感染率为7.86%~29.21%，平均为17.52%，种公猪感染率为0%~23.52%，平均为11.83%，育肥猪感染率为5%~22.45%，平均为15.5%，断奶仔猪感染率为8.24%~18.57%，平均为12.69%。此检测结果与猪场临床发病情况基本一致，病猪多表现为繁殖障碍型、温和型的非典型猪瘟。

| Abstract: | o investigate epidemic situation of classical swine fever virus (CSFV) in Guangxi, 1626 serum samples of pigs collected from 6 swine farms, were examined by using ELISA technique. The results revealed that 6 pig farms had infected CSFV in Guangxi.The population of positive rate of CSFV in different ages of pigs, such as sow, boar, fattening pigs, weanling piglets,were 7.86% to 29.12%,0% to 23.52%,5% to 22.45% and 8.24% to 18.57%,which averaged at 17.52%,11.83%，15.5% and 12.69% respectively.The serological detection results were correspondence with those of epidemiologic investigation in farms.Most sick pigs showed the clinical symptoms in the type of reproductive syndrome or mild syndrome of CSF in Guangxi. |
