益生菌和黄芪多糖临床改善仔猪生长性能的研究

为验证由香肠乳酸杆菌和鼠李糖乳酸杆菌组成的益生菌制剂对仔猪生长性能的影响，以及与黄芪多糖配伍成新型微生物添加剂后改善仔猪生长性能的协同作用效果，在武汉、广东等地4个猪场共400只三元杂交(杜×长×大)猪中进行临床研究。结果表明，益生菌制剂组仔猪比对照组日增重提高78.26%，料重比降低51.0%，成活率提高15.3%，腹泻率降低20.1%； 新型微生物添加剂与对照组、益生菌制剂组相比，日增重分别提高8.57%和5.71%，成活率分别提高20.0%和5.0%。提示益生菌制剂对仔猪生长有良好的促进作用，剂量和用法与猪种无关，添加黄芪多糖有明显的协同作用。

Study on Improvement Effect of Probiotics and Astragalus Polysaccharide in Growth Performance of Piglets

To investigate the clinical improvement effect of probiotics additive combined with Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus acidophilus, and the synergistic effect of a new synbiotics additive combined with the probiotics and astragalus polysaccharide(APS) in growth performance of piglets, the test was processed with total 400 ternary hybrid piglets(Du ×Chang ×Da) of 4 pig farms in Guangdong and Wuhan city separately. The results showed that, for the probiotics, the average daily weight gain had raised 78.26%, the feed to gain ratio had decreased 51.0%, the survival rate had increased 15.3% and the rate of diarrhea had decreased 20.1% separately, comparing with group control;for group new synbiotics additive, the average daily weight gain had raised 8.57% and 5.71% separately, the survival rate had increased 20.0% and 5.0% respectively contrast to group control and probiotics. In conclusion, the probiotics can promote growth performance of piglets, and is not positively related with the race of piglets, the additive APS enhances it too.
