饲喂乳酸菌对小白鼠血清中IgG及肠道中SIgA影响的研究

摘    要:本试验以2株乳杆菌MG2-1、L.casei.zhang按不同剂量分别饲喂小鼠,在5、10、15、20、25、30d测定其血清中IgG及肠道内SIgA含量,结果表明饲喂不同剂量的2株菌的乳悬液均能极显著提高IgG、SIgA含量(P<0.01)。对提高IgG含量方面两菌株均表现出低、中剂量饲喂组随着饲喂时间不断增加,有超过高剂量组的趋势。在第25d时,菌株MG2-1组,中剂量组极显著的高于高剂量组,L.casei.zhang组低剂量极显著的高于中、高剂量组。而SIgA水平高剂量组比低、中剂量组高。

Abstract:In this experiment we fed mice by different dose of lactobacillus MG2-1 and L.casei.zhang at 51015 202530 day to examine the content of IgG in the blood and SIgA in the gut. It was showed that different dose of lactobacillus MG2-1and L.casei.zhang all can significant improve the content of IgG and SIgA. Low and normal dose was effective than high dose in improve the content of IgG, according to time went on. At the 25day,normal dose was higher than high dose of MG2-1 to improve the content of IgG, Low dose was higher than normal and high dose of L.casei.zhang to improve the content of IgG. However, high dose was higher than normal and low dose of MG2-1 and L.casei.zhang to improve the content of SIgA.
