| 摘 要： | 铁在猪饲料营养中是必需的重要微量元素之一。而有机铁是第3代新型饲料添加剂,具有生物利用率高、化学结构稳定、增强免疫力、吸收率高、利于环保等特点,是当前国内外研制和开发的热点。作者综述了有机铁的生化特性、功能作用、吸收机理、生产应用和研究进展。

| Abstract: | Iron is one of the essential and important trace minerals in nutrition of pig feed.Organic iron is a new feed additive of the third generation feed and it is characterized by its high biological utilization,stable chemical structure,improving immunity and high absorption,being good to environment.The research and development of organic iron is a hot point at home and abroad at present.The biochemical property,function,absorption principle,production,application and progress on research in animal nutrition are discussed in this article. |
