| 摘 要： | 羊痘病毒能引起山羊痘、绵羊痘和牛的结节性疹块病。羊痘病毒基因组较大，可容纳较大的外源基因。重组病毒载体是当今病毒基因工程研究的热点之一,目前以动物病毒为基础设计的基因克隆及表达载体主要有取代型的重组病毒载体和重组的病毒-质粒载体。作者综述了羊痘病毒载体构建策略和羊痘病毒活载体疫苗研究的最新进展。
