农兽药多残留检测方法的研究进展

摘    要:农药污染和兽药残留已对环境和人类健康构成严重威胁,农产品的质量安全问题日益突出,迫切需要开发简便、价廉、快速的农兽药多残留检测技术。目前,国内外在农兽药多残留检测方面的研究得到了长足的进展,研制出各种适合于农兽药多残留的检测方法。文章主要介绍了仪器分析法、免疫分析法在农兽药多残留检测中的研究进展和应用现状,讨论了各种检测方法存在的问题,并且对检测方法的发展进行了展望。

Abstract:The pollutant of the residues of pesticides and veterinary drug have threaten the environment and human health,the safty of the quality of agriculture products is more and more serious,so the convenient,cheep and fast technology of detecting residues must be developed urgently.At present,many researches on pesticide and veterinary drug residues have been significantly developed in domestic and international countries,obtained various of detection methods which are suit for multi-residue of pesticides and veterinary drugs.The development and application of instrumental analysis,immunoassays in detection pesticides and veterinary drug were reviewed in this study.The limitations and prospects of detection methods were also discussed.
