| 摘 要： | 对珍珠鸡的病料进行细菌分离培养、纯化培养、染色镜检、生化鉴定，并进行40种抗菌药物的药敏试验。结果表明，极敏药物占27.5%，高敏药物占12.5%，中敏药物占20.0%，低敏药物占17.5%，不敏感药物占22.5%。其中，珍珠鸡大肠杆菌对先锋噻肟、舒普深、先锋必、菌必治最敏感。

| Abstract: | The Escherichia coli strains from guinea disease-related materials were isolated,through cultivation,morphology,colony,dyeing,biochemistry test.Then drug sensitivity of the isolates were tested using fourty different chemical drugs.The drugs susceptibility test showed as following: very sensitive drugs accounted for 27.5%;high-sensitive drugs accounted for 12.5%;mid-sensitive drugs accounted for 20.0%;low-sensitive accounted for 17.5%;not sensitive drugs accounted for 22.5%.To prevent and cure Escherichia c... |
