| 摘 要： | 以须癣毛癣菌的基因组DNA为模板,采用真菌通用引物(1TS1I、TS4)PCR扩增rDNA上的ITS段,进行凝胶电泳,结果表明临床样品与相应的培养菌株PCR电泳图谱一致,为准确微量检测致病真菌提供了分子生物学检测方法。

| Abstract: | Trichophyton mentagrophytes genomic DNA was made as a template,using fungal general primers(ITS1,ITS4) PCR amplification of rDNA on the ITS segment to gel electrophoresis.The results showed that the cultivation of clinical samples had the same PCR polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis as corresponding strains.This experiment established an accurate,sensitive,relative specific and micro-volume method for determination of pathogenic fungi in molecular biology. |
