鸭致病性大肠杆菌分离鉴定及药敏试验

2006年10月—2008年5月，从国内5个省的9个规模型鸭场的发病鸭或死亡鸭分离、鉴定大肠杆菌67株，采用肉汤稀释法测定其对头孢3代、4代，碳青霉烯类、单环β-内酰胺环类和氟喹诺酮类药物的敏感性。结果表明，试验菌株对以上药物的耐药率分别为头孢曲松钠（56.7%）、头孢噻呋（71.6%）、头孢吡肟（31.3%）、头孢噻肟（49.3%）、左氧氟沙星（50.7%）、环丙沙星（71.6%）、加替沙星（62.7%）、亚胺培南（0%）、氨曲南（56.7%），鸭致病性大肠杆菌的耐药性比较严重，且同类药物的交叉耐药不容忽视。

Isolation,Identification and Resistant Features of Pathogenic Escherichia coli from Duck
