三穗鸭体尺及屠宰性状的测定及分析

本研究对成年三穗鸭的体尺和屠宰性状进行了测定,并对测定的指标进行了相关性分析。结果表明,三穗鸭的体尺性状大多数指标间达到显著相关水平,屠宰性状大多数指标间呈显著相关,体尺性状与屠宰性状间有些指标也显著相关。本试验结果可为三穗鸭的进一步研究提供基础数据,为今后的选育工作提供理论依据。

Measurement and Analysis of Body Size and Body Carcass of Sansui Duck

Body size and body carcass characters were measured in Sansui duck and the correlations between these properties were analyzed. The results showed that significant correlation was obtained between a majority of body size parameters. Significant correlation was obtained between a majority of body carcass parameters. And there was significant correlation between some of body size parameters and body carcass parameters. The results of this study provided basis data to the farther research，and provided theoretical basis for the improvement of the Sansui duck.
