复方中药芪苓制剂多糖超声提取工艺研究

摘    要:研究超声波辅助法提取中药芪苓制剂多糖的工艺。通过正交试验设计L9(3^4)提取多糖,以蒽酮-硫酸法测定多糖含量,得出优化工艺的条件为:提取时间60min,提取温度80℃,料液比1:10,超声功率300W。超声波辅助提取芪苓制剂多糖,能耗低,用时短,多糖得率5.96%,是传统方法的3倍,可以作为提取芪苓制剂多糖或其它中药多糖的首选方法。

Abstract:Ultrasonic-assisted extraction was ndopted to extrace polysaccharide form compound Qiling medicament.The contents of polysaccharide was determined by spectrophotometer using sulphuric acid anthrone method.Orthogonal design of L9(3^4)showed the optimal conditions were thime of 60 min ,temperature of 80℃ and the ratio of solid to liquid 1:10,power of 300W.The method of ultrasonic-assistant extraction has the character of saving time and energy,and the yield of polysaccharide was 5.96%,which was 3 thmes as traditional extraction methods.It could be first used to extract polysaccharide from compound Qiling medicament or other medicine.
