中药对病原体杀灭及对肉鸡生产性能影响研究

用中药复方提取液对H9N2亚型禽流感病毒、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏茼4种病原体进行体外杀灭试验，并进行肉鸡饲养试验，结果显示，该中药提取液按1：640稀释后对病毒的杀灭率仍然达到99％，提取液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌3种病原菌的MBC为2％-5％（稀释度，V／V），动物试验结果显示，该中药提取液能够显著提高肉鸡出栏均重（P〈0．05），与对照组相比，试验组单栋鸡舍利润平均增加1．585万元。结果表明，该中药提取液对预防疾病、提高肉鸡生产性能具有一定作用，值得推广应用。

Inactivated efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine to pathogens and their effects on the growth performance in broilers

Inactivated efficacy tranditional Chinese medicine（TCM） extract to subtype H9N2 of avian influenza virus（AIV）,Escherichia coli（E.coli）,Staphylococcus aureus（Sa） and Salmonella in vitro was determined,respectively ,in a Standardization poultry farm in Shandong province.The results showed that the inactivating rate of the liquid extract to subtype H9N2 of AIV still achieved 99% after 1：640 dilution.Minimum bactericidal concentration （MBC）of the liquid extract to E.coli,Sa and Salmonella was 2%-5%（extent of dilution ,V/V）,The slaughter weight of the experimental groups was abviously higher than that of the control groups（P〈0.05）,and compared with the control groups ,the profits of single coop of the experimental groups increased 15.85 thousands RMB.The results indicated that the liquid extract is good to the disease prevention and improvement of growth performance of broilers.
