摘    要:目的:采用薄层色谱扫描法测定宫康中水苏碱含量。方法:采用CAMAG TLCSCANNER 3薄层色谱扫描仪,硅胶G板,展开剂:丙酮-无水乙醇-盐酸(10∶6∶1),改良碘化铋钾-1%三氯化铁乙醇液(5∶1)为显色剂,扫描波长λs为510 nm。结果:盐酸水苏碱在3.195-38.34μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.997),平均回收率为96.0%,RSD为2.0%(n=6)。结论:该法灵敏、准确,是测定宫康中水苏碱的理想方法,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Object ive:To determine the contents of Stachydrine in Gongkang perfusion.Methods: The CAMAG TLC scanner 3 was selected,the detection conditions were as follows: silic-gel thin-layer,developin solvent of Acetone-alcohol Anhydrous-Hydrochloric acid(10∶6∶1),coloration of ameliorating bismuth potassium Iodide-1%ferric chloride alcohol solutions(5∶1),the detection wavelength was 510 nm.Results: The study showed that the contents of Stachydrine was linear within the range of 3.195 to 38.34 μg (r=0.997) and the average recovery was 96.0% with RSD of 2.0%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is ideal for controlling quality of Gongkang perfusion for its accuracy and sensitivity.
