摘    要:目的:优选金银花中绿原酸水提工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以测定金银花中绿原酸提取率作为考核指标。结果:金银花中绿原酸水提工艺的最佳提取条件为不浸泡,加水(15+12)倍量,煎煮(1+1)h。结论:该试验绿原酸提取率高,稳定性好。

Abstract:Objective: To study the optimum water extraction process for chlorogenic acid from Lonicera japonica Thunb..Methods: Orthogonal design was used to determine the optimum extraction process with the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid as markers.Results: The optimum water extraction process for chlorogenic acid from Lonicera japonica Thunb.was that the amount of water was 15+12 times and decocting time was 1+1 hours without soaking.Conclusion: The extraction process for chlorogenic acid shows high extraction rate and good stability.
