| 摘 要： | 清热解毒注射液由黄芩、连翘、麦冬等5味中药按一定比例配制而成,对猪热性疾病的治疗试验结果表明,清热解毒注射液高、中、低剂量组与空白对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01);与安乃近对照组比较治愈率差异极显著(P<0.01),有效率差异不显著;与柴胡注射液组比较差异显著(P<0.05);安乃近组与柴胡注射液组差异显著(P<0.05)。表明清热解毒注射液高、中剂量组试验疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Qingre Jiedu Injection was made from Scutellaria, Forsythia, Radix Ophiopogonis and other two kinds of herbs by a certain percentage. To explore its efficacy against swine lever disease, a series of treatment tests were carried out. The results showed that both the curative rate and the effective rate in three Qingre Jiedu Injection groups were significantly increased compared with that of blank control group （P〈0.01）, Metamizole Sodium Injection group （P〈0.01） and Bupleurum Injection group （P〈0.05）. Moreover, there was a significant difference between Metamizole Sodium Injection group and Bupleurum Injection group （P〈0.05）. It is indicated that Qingre Jiedu Injection could be used to treat swine fever disease effectively at high and middle dose. |
