摘    要:考察高清洁、低能耗的维生素C生产新工艺。建立古龙酸钠提取、纯化新方法,确定影响其酯化的主要因素,并通过正交试验确定新工艺酯转反应的最佳条件。与传统工艺相比,新工艺不仅产品质量好、收率高,而且缩短了生产周期,降低了成本,还大大降低了废酸、废碱排放。

Abstract:A new producing technology with high cleanliness and low costs for vitamin C was developed.And a new method to extract and purify 2-ke-to-L-gutonate sodium was established.At the same time the main factors which could influence the esterification radio were ascertained,the reaction conditions for esterification were optimized through orthogonal test.Compared with the traditional technology,the new one can not only produce better quality product with high yield radio,but also reduce production cycle,decrease cost,reduce waste acid and alkali.
