Abstract:The anti-inflammatory effects of compound recipe Bingdulike and its possible mechanism was studied. The anti-inflammatory effects of Bingdulike were observed using mouse ear inflammation model induced by xylene, mouse peritoneal capillary permeability increase model induced by acetic acid, mouse paw edema model induced by carregenin and mouse granuloma model induced by paper. The anti-inflammatory mechanism of Bingdulike was studied by assessing the changes of the levels of the MDA,histamin and 5-TH in the inflammatory tissues and the NO in blood serum of mouse paw inflammation model induced by carregenin. The results showed that Bingdulike exhibited remarkable anti-inflammatory activity in xylene-induced mouse ear inflammation,acetic-acid-induced mouse peritoneal capillary permeability increasing,carrageenan-induced mouse paw edema and paper-induced mouse granuloma.Bingdulike reduced the levels of the MDA,histamin and 5-TH in the inflammatory tissues and the NO in blood serum of the mouse paw inflammation model induced by carregenin. These indicated that Bingdulike has an obvious anti-inflammatory effect. Its primary mechanism is related to the reduction of the levels of the MDA,histamin and 5-TH in the inflammatory tissues and the NO in blood serum.
Keywords:Bingdulike  anti-inflammatory effect  mechanism
