蒽酮比色法测定油菜籽中硫代葡萄糖苷条件优化

摘    要:采用蒽酮比色法测定油菜籽中的硫代葡萄糖苷含量。结果表明,蒽酮比色法测定硫代葡萄糖苷的最适宜的实验条件是水浴温度60℃,蒽酮试剂添加量9 mL,显色时间为20 min。在此条件下,测得油菜籽中硫代葡萄糖苷含量保持稳定,精确度较高,且与高效液相色谱法测定结果比较接近。

Optimization on the determination of glucosinolates in rapeseed with Anthrone colorimetry

Abstract:Anthrone colorimetry was used to determine glucosinolates in rapeseed and the testing conditions was optimized. The results showed that the optimum condition for anthrone colorimetric method was water bath at 60 ℃, adding 9 ml. of anthrone reagent and coloration for 20 min. Under these conditions, the determining results Was similar to that of HPLC with high accuracy and stability.
