中药方剂及黄芪素对奶牛乳房炎及其生产性能的影响

选择产奶牛237头，平均质量（600±151）kg，按照泌乳量相近的原则分为黄芪素组、中药组和对照组，考察中药和中药提取物（黄芪素）对奶牛乳蛋白率、乳脂率、产奶量、体细胞数和乳房炎发病率的影响。结果表明，中药和黄芪素对乳蛋白率、乳脂率和产奶量影响差异不显著；中药组用药前后比较，其奶牛乳房炎检出率由用药前的8．33％下降到2．09％，比黄芪素组下降5．41％，比对照组下降3．61％，比其他产奶牛下降4．02％。中药组预防奶牛乳房炎效果明显（P〈O．05）。

Effects of traditional Chinese medicine and its extracts on dairy cattle mastitis and their production performance

237 dairy Holstein-Friesian cattle were divided into Radix Astragali extracts treated group, Chinese herbal preparation treated group and control group, then the milk protein ratio, fat percentage, milk yield, somatic cell counts in milk and the morbidity of dairy cattle mastitis were determined. The results suggested that both Radix Astragali extracts and Chinese herbal preparation had no significant influence on milk protein ratio, fat percentage and milk yield; The detection rate of dairy cattle mastitis in Chinese herbal preparation treated group was decreased from 8.33% to 2.09%, which was 5.41% lower than Rad/x Astragali extracts treated group and 3.61% lower than the control group. So it present obvious prevention effect on dairy cattle mastitis （P〈O.05）. Meanwhile Chinese herbal preparation exhibit 100% of cure rate on dairy cattle mastitis.
