摘    要:蜂蜡是养蜂业主要副产品之一,本次实验通过利用新型日光化蜡器融化蜂蜡,旨在原有化蜡方法基础之上,融入新能源理念,探索更便捷、卫生的化蜡方法。实验结果显示,日光化蜡器需在晴朗天气,当外界太阳辐射量达到889w/m2以上,化蜡器内温度超过62.0℃时,蜂蜡开始融化,且0.5h能收集到融化的蜂蜡;日光化蜡器化蜡时与外界太阳辐射量、化蜡器内的温度密切相关。

Abstract:Beeswax is one of the important by-products of beekeeping.The purpose of this experiment is to melt beeswax by using a new type of solar wax melting device,and to explore a more convenient and sanitary wax melting method based on the original wax melting method and incorporating the new energy concept.The experimental results show that the waxing device needs to be in sunny weather.When the external solar radiation reaches 889w/m2 and the temperature in the waxing device exceeds 62.0℃,the beeswax begins to melt,and the melted beeswax can be collected in 0.5h.The waxing process of the solar waxer is closely related to the external solar radiation and the temperature in the waxer.
