| 摘 要： | 质量安全问题是困扰我国蜂蜜产业发展的关键因素，建立蜂蜜等级规格标准是促进蜂蜜产品质量水平提升的有效手段。基于此，对比了国内外蜂蜜等级规格标准的差异，结合我国蜂蜜质量问题，提出了应综合考虑加拿大、美国、欧盟、CAC标准，加强蜂蜜羟甲基糠醛、果糖和葡萄糖含量、水分含量的研究和指标制定，建立一项适合于我国的蜂蜜等级划分标准。

| Abstract: | Quality and safety problems is a key factor in the development of the honey industry in China, establish honey grade standard is the effective measure to promote the honey product quality level. At home and abroad based on this, compares the differences in grade standard, honey honey quality problem in our country, puts forward the Canada, the United States, the European Union, must be taken into account comprehensively CAC standards, strengthen HMF honey, fructose and glucose content, moisture content and index, to establish a suitable for the honey hierarchy standard of our country. |
