| 摘 要： | 从切根虫夜蛾亚科的一种昆虫中分离到能感染家蚕的微孢子虫 (MA) ,研究发现该微孢子虫的形态、大小、对家蚕的致病性、寄生部位、传染方式及超微结构等方面的特征与家蚕微孢子虫 (Nosemabombycis,简称N .b)相似 ,表明MA和N .b具有密切的亲缘关系

| Abstract: | A microsporidium (MA) pathogenic to silkworm was collected from a kind of insects belonged to Agrotine .It was found that the morphology,size,pathogenicity to the silkworm,parasiting tissues,transmission way and ultrastructure of MA are similar to that of Nosema bombycis .These results imply the close phylogenetic relation between MA and N.b. |
