有机磷阻燃剂对真丝的接枝改性试验

摘    要:为了探讨自制有机磷系阻燃剂(acrytic organic phosphorous compound,SFR)作为真丝织物阻燃整理剂的可行性,使用过硫酸盐引发体系将SFR接枝到真丝织物上,并研究了影响该反应的主要因素,如反应温度、pH值和浴比等。得出的接枝较优工艺为:单体质量分数120%,引发剂质量分数0.9%,温度80℃,时间60min,浴比1∶30,pH3,接枝后用丙酮萃取24h。整理后的真丝织物进行可燃性测试表明,SFR用于真丝织物阻燃,当增重率高于30 %时可获得良好的阻燃效果,极限氧指数可以达到29%以上,但整理后丝织物的强力和白度略有下降。

Abstract:The feasibility of SFR(acrylic organic phosphorous compound)as a fire-retardant finishing agent for silk fabrics was discussed.It was applied to silk fabrics using a graft process.The major factors affecting the reaction were studied.The results showed that SFR can be successfully grafted on silk fabric.The better technique was:monomer 120%,initiator 0.9%,temperature 80℃,reaction time 60 min,liquor ratio 1∶30,pH 3,extraction with acetone for 24 hours.The finished silk fabrics were examined for flammability.Excellent flame-retardant silk fabrics were obtained at add-on levels higher than 30% with the LOI above 29%.But the whiteness and strength of grafted silk fabric was descended slightly.
