摘    要:为了改善丝织物的服饰性能,以过硫酸钾为引发剂研究了含氟单体甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯对真丝的接枝改性效果。采用红外光谱对接枝产物进行表征,并对整理后的纤维和织物的相关性能进行了测试,结果表明接枝对真丝的白度、强力影响较小,但接枝后织物的拒水拒油性有明显提高。为优选单体预乳化工艺,研究了引发剂用量、单体用量、反应时间、反应温度、pH值等接枝参数对真丝接枝率的影响。接枝的较好工艺条件为:单体用量100%~120%,引发剂用量1%,接枝温度70℃、时间100 m in、反应液pH 3。

Abstract:The effect of graft modification of fluoride monomer hexafluorobutyl mathacrylate onto natural silk using potassium persulfate as the reaction initiator was discussed The characteristics of the grafted products were evaluated by infrared spectroscopy and some related properties of the grafted fibers were tested as well.To optimize the techniques of emulsification using pre-emulsification method,the effects of concentration of monomer and initiator,reaction time,reaction temperature and pH etc.were studied.The results showed that the reaction had little effect on fibers whiteness,and the strength declined slightly;the water-and-oil-repellence of grafted fibers were excellent compared with the ungrafted fibers.Thus,the better grafting conditions are as follows: concentrations of monomer and initiator are 100% to 120% and 1%,respectively,temperature 70 ℃,time 100 mim and pH 3.
