我国蚕桑生产函数的构建与计量分析

采用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数建立蚕桑生产函数,对我国1991-2009年的蚕桑生产统计数据进行计量分析,探讨蚕桑生产中土地、劳动力、资本、发种量等因素的作用,并对比分析技术进步对浙江省和广西壮族自治区蚕桑生产的影响力。结果表明,劳动力和土地投入对我国蚕桑生产的影响已经逐渐减弱,而资本投入与技术进步才是促进蚕桑生产发展的主要因素;浙江省的蚕桑生产技术水平占据明显优势,因而单位土地的产出水平和蚕种质量也高于广西壮族自治区。因此认为,今后我国蚕桑产业发展的总体方向是稳定生产规模,加大资本投入,加快科技进步,提高生产效率,其中东部蚕区主要通过保持桑园面积稳定优质蚕茧生产基地,西部蚕区应加快科技进步,提高蚕业生产效率。

Construction and Quantitative Analysis on the Production Function of Sericulture in China

A Cobb-Douglas production function was employed to construct the production function of sericulture which was further used to conduct quantitative analysis on the statistical data of sericultural production from 1991 to 2009 in China to explore the effects of land,labor,capital,and amount of silkworm eggs for distribution on the production of sericulture.In addition,the impact of technology improvement on sericultural production was comparatively analyzed between Zhejiang Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.It comes to the conclusion that the influence of labor and land input on China’s sericultural production has weakened gradually,while capital input and technology improvement has become the main factors that promoted the growth of sericultural production in China.Technology of sericultural production in Zhejiang Province was more advanced and thus its unit land output level and quality of silkworm eggs were higher than Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Therefore,it is suggested that to stabilize production scale,increase capital input,speed up scientific and technological progress,and improve production efficiency are the general directions for future sericultural production in China.Specifically,the eastern sericultural regions should keep mulberry gardens and stabilize the production bases of high quality silkworm cocoons,while the western sericultural regions should speed up scientific and technological progress so as to increase efficiency of sericultural production.
