摘    要:探讨了采用高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)法建立不同桑品种桑叶黄酮类化合物的指纹图谱的方法。电解质溶液由以10 mmol/L磷酸二氢钠-20 mmol/L的硼砂溶液(pH8.62)作缓冲液,在25℃,20 kV的压力下进行电泳,245nm波长处检测,线性关系良好,在20 min内完全分离。上述条件下,桑叶成分得到了较好的分离,符合定量测定和定性研究的要求。该方法具有较好的分离效果和良好的精密度,可应用于桑叶质量检测。

Abstract:The method for establishing HPCE fingerprint of flavonoids in mulberry leaves from different varieties was investigated.Electrophoretic conditions were as follows: electrophoretic buffer solution consisted of 10 mmol/L NaH2PO4 and 20 mmol/L borax(pH 8.2),an applied voltage of 20 kV,at 25 ℃ and detection at a wavelength of 245 nm.The main components in mulberry leaves were successfully separated in 20 minutes.Under the above conditions,this method can meet the demand of quantatitive and qualitative determination of flavonoids in mulberry,and can be used for detecting mulberry quality with good precision.
