桑树突变体Cty-Ym的离体培养及生物学性状调查

摘    要:试验探讨了离体培养条件下温度与光照条件对桑树突变体Cty Ym生长发育的影响。结果表明 :在 2 0~30℃条件下 ,突变体都表现叶色黄化的遗传特性 ,黄化与否与温度变化无关 ,但黄化程度受温度影响。在 2 5℃条件下黄化程度有所减轻 ;在不同光照条件下 ,突变体Cty Ym也表现稳定的遗传变异 ,但叶绿素含量随光照时间的延长而增加。适温及长光照条件虽然有利于突变桑 (Cty Ym)的生长发育 ,但该突变体类型并非属于温敏型或光敏型。

Abstract:The effect of temperature and illumination conditions on the development of mutation mulberry (Cty-Ym) in vitro was investigated.The results showed:The mutant kept the genetic characteristic of etiolation at 20~30 ℃.Whether it is etiolation han no relation with the temperature,but its degree was affected by the temperature,and it became less at 25 ℃;The mulberry mutant has stably kept the genetic mutation in the different illumination condition,but the chlorophyll content increased with the extension of the illumination time.Although proper temperature and longer time illumination were better for the growth of the mulberry mutant,it was not a thermo-sensitive or photo-sensitive mutant.
