高温条件下柞蚕血淋巴过氧化氢酶活性的变化

摘    要:为揭示高温逆境条件下柞蚕(Antheraea pernyi)血淋巴过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性的变化规律,采用40~46℃的高温冲击处理柞蚕幼虫,结果引起柞蚕血淋巴过氧化氢酶活性升高。在处理温度范围内,处理时间越长、温度越高,柞蚕血淋巴CAT活性上升幅度越大,其中不同性别、不同品种的上升幅度存在差异:雄性柞蚕的血淋巴CAT上升幅度高于雌性柞蚕;3个供试品种相比,抗病2号的升降速度最快,上升幅度高于青6号,明显高于三里丝,表明柞蚕血淋巴CAT活性与柞蚕品种的抗逆能力存在密切关系。停止高温处理后,柞蚕血淋巴CAT活性逐渐下降到正常水平。

Abstract:To reveal the effect of high temperature on catalase(CAT) activity in the haemolymph,Antheraea pernyi larvae were treated with temperature ranging from 40 to 46 ℃.It was observed that the CAT activity increased as the treated time and temperature increased.Within the range of treatment temperatures,the longer the treatment time and the higher the treatment temperature were,the higher the increment of CAT activity was.Larvae of different sexes and varieties had varied extent of CAT activity increment.The increase of CAT activity in haemolymph of male larvae was greater than that of female larvae.Among the 3 varieties tested,the increase of CAT activity in Kang 2 was the highest,being higher than that of Qing 6 and obviously higher than that of Sanlisi.The obtained results showed that CAT activity in the haemolymph is closely related to the stress tolerance of Antheraea pernyi.10 to 12 hours after heat treatment,CAT activity recovered to the normal control level.
