壳聚糖对桑树种子萌发及幼苗生理生化特性影响的研究

摘    要:用不同浓度的壳聚糖柠檬酸溶液处理桑树种子 ,探讨壳聚糖对桑树种子萌发及幼苗生理生化特性的影响。实验结果表明 :0 5 %~ 2 .0 %的壳聚糖溶液能提高桑树种子活力 ,促进幼苗生长 ;萌动种子的呼吸速率、幼苗叶绿素及可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶、硝酸还原酶及淀粉酶活性随壳聚糖处理浓度的增大而明显提高。

Abstract:The effects of chitosan on physiological biochemisal characters of mulberry seeds germination and seedling by treated the seeds with different concentration of chitosan citriacid solution were studied.The results showed that chitosan solution in appropriate concentration could improve germinating percentage,germinating index and vigor index of mulberry seeds,stimulate growth of seedling.The rate of respiration of germinating seeds,the content of chlorophyll and the soluble protein were higher than control.The avtivities of peroxidase,nitrate reductase and amylase increased along with increase of chitonsan concentration.
