叶面消毒对桑叶有机养分的影响

摘    要:测定了经漂白粉和消特灵两种药物在不同时间、不同浓度进行消毒处理的桑叶内的蛋白质、还原糖、总糖、脂肪的含量,分析了漂白粉和消特灵在消毒过程中对桑叶内蛋白质、还原糖、总糖、脂肪含量的影响。结果表明,有机养分的降解与消毒剂浓度及消毒时间有关,消毒剂的有效氯浓度在0.3%左右,对桑叶有机养分的破坏较小。

Abstract:The contents of protein, reducing sugar, total sugar and fat of mulberry leaf after leaf disinfection by bleach powder and Xiaotelin were determined. Effect of bleach powder and Xiaotelin on the orgainc nutrient of mulberry leaf was analysed. The results indicatd that the decomposition of organic nutrient were correlation with disinfection time and dose. When the available chroline of the disinfection solution was about 0.3%, the destruction on organic nutrient of mulberry leaf was fairly weak.
