摘    要:嘉陵 2 0号是用化学诱变与人工杂交相结合的染色体工程育成的人工三倍体桑树新品种 (2n =3x =4 2 )。母本为 792 0 (2n =2x =2 8) ,父本为人工四倍体西庆 4号 (2n =4x =5 6 )。该品种营养生长旺盛 ,枝条直立粗长 ,叶形大 ,叶肉肥厚 ,全年公顷产叶量比对照品种湖桑 32号 (2n =2x =2 8)增加 31 81%。养蚕试验万头蚕产茧层量比对照提高 5 84 % ,4 - 5龄蚕 10 0kg桑叶产茧量比对照提高 7 4 5 %。桑叶 (干物 )蛋白质含量 2 7 5 2 % ,比对照高 4 14百分点 ;可溶性糖含量 5 5 3% ,比对照高 1 0 4百分点。

Abstract:With the Chemical mutagenesis and artificial hybridization,Jialing 20 (2n=3x=42) was bred by using the artificially tetraploid mulberry Xiqing 4 (2n=4x=56) as male parent and 7920 (2n=2x=28) as female parent.It has a vigorous vegetative growth which is characterized by long,straight and thick branches,large and thick leaves.The yield of leaves was 31.81% higher than that of Husang 32 (2n=2x=28)which was approved to be a control variety.The experiment showed that cocoon shell yield per 10 000 silkworms fed on the leaves is 5.84% higher than that of control variety and the cocoon yield of 4th~5th star silk worms per 100 kg mulberry leaves is 7.45% higher than that of control. Protein content of dried mulberry leaf powder reached 27.52% which was 4 14% higher than that of control.Soluble carbohydrate of its powder reached 5.53% which was 1.04% higher than that of control.
