雏番鸭细小病毒病研究进展

雏番鸭细小病毒是由雏番鸭细小病毒引起幼龄番鸭的一种新的番鸭疫病。该病于１９８０年在中国首次报道。本病因日龄不同而异，３周龄以下的雏番鸭主要是急性感染，主要症状是喘气、厌食、腹泻、脱水、迅速消瘦、死亡率高，特征病变是胰炎、肠炎和肝炎。３周龄以上的番鸭主要是慢性感染。雏番鸭细小病毒怀小鹅瘟病毒均属于细小病毒科，其理化特性和基因组结构非常相似，常规的病毒分离和血清学诊断方法不能区分雏番鸭细小病毒与小鹅瘟

Aduances in study of Muscovy Duckling Parvovirosis

Muscovy duckling parvovirus (MDPV) has been reported in mucovy duckling since 1980 in China as the causative agent of muscovy duckling parvovirosis (MDPVS). This disease is age - dependent: duckdings younger than 3 weeks are acutely infected, which has characterized by asthma, apastia, diarrhea, dehydration, high mortality, pancreatitis, enteroni-tis, hepatitis, whereas older animals display chronic signs such as stunting markedly reduced body weight, loss of feathers, but low mortality.MDPV is similar to gosling plague virus (GPV) in biochemical and genomic characterizations. They belong to the members of the family parvoviridae.Although MDPV exhibits some antigenic differences and a higher lever of replication when compared to GPV, conventional virus isolation and serological assays such as ELlSA, serum - neutralisation tests, agar gel precipitatha, fluorescent antibody test etc don' t differentiate the infection of MDPV from that of GPV. This review will mainly focus on some of the new deveopments that have taken place regarding the aetiology, epidemiolo-gy, pathology, clinical diagnosis, prevention and treatment, vaccinology and molecular ballogy of MDPV.
