| 摘 要： | 将100只小鼠随机分为正常组、表虚组、生理盐水组和玉屏风散组,分别检测血液部分生化指标、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,进而探讨玉屏风散对表虚小鼠血液生化及抗衰老的影响。结果表明:表虚小鼠血液生化指标与正常组相比发生明显改变,玉屏风散具有明显的改善表虚小鼠生理功能的作用。表虚组小鼠SOD含量明显低于正常组(P0.05),而经玉屏风散治疗后,含量升高;表虚组小鼠经玉屏风散治疗后,MDA含量下降。

| Abstract: | Ten hundred mice were divided into four groups randomly（normal group,superficial asthenia group,the physiological saline group and the Yupingfeng San group）.The biochemical indicator,the content of SOD and MDA were detected to find the effect of Yupingfeng San on the blood biochemistry and anti-aging of mouse with superficial asthenia.The results showed that Yupingfeng San could improve the physiological functionsof mice obviously.The content of SOD in mice of superficial asthenia group was significant lower than that in normal group（P0.05）and the content of SOD began to increase after treatment with Yupingfeng San.The content of MDA in mice of superficial asthenia group began to decrease after treatment with Yupingfeng San. |
