| 贵州羔羊致病性大肠杆菌血清型和热稳定性肠毒素的研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 从腹泻羔羊中分离到大肠杆菌80株,对80株菌株做血清型鉴定,55株为埃希氏大肠杆菌,分属为0119、O24、O8、O78、O101、O96种血清型,其中O119、024为主要“0”类型。每相血清型筛选出的CH9612、SC9938、CH9817、LL9934、GL988株菌6株。用乳鼠胃内投服试验,测定出6株菌具有产生热稳定性肠毒素的特性（ST）。 |

| Abstract: | The 80 strain colibacillus are separated from diarrhea lambs are appraised by the single factor serum of escherichia coli "0"type.There is 6 species seyum type in 80 strains. They are On9,O24,O8,O78,O101,O9, in 55 strains of rscherichia coli, the O119,O24 are main "0" serum type.the CH9812,SC9938, CH985,CH9817,LI9934 strains are bolted from each species serum type,they are put into mice's stomach and can product escherichia coli heat-stable exterotosin ( ST). |
