| 摘 要： | 选用1日龄的铁脚麻肉鸡240只,进行为期28天的饲养试验,试验日粮含10%双低菜籽饼,试验组添加600 U/kg植酸酶取代50%的磷酸氢钙,对照组不添加植酸酶。结果表明:试验组鸡群的成活率、日增重和饲料转化率比对照组有所提高,经济效益明显。

| Abstract: | Two hundred and forty 1-- day--old byoider chickens were randomly divided into two groups to feed the diet with chinese double -low rapeseed cake 10%, A 28 -day growth trial were conducted to study on growth performance. Control group without adding Phytase, study group add 600 U/kg phytase substituted 50% dicalcim phosphate in diet. Results indicate that the survival rate, daily weight gain , feed utilization and benefits in study group had incrensing tendency （ P 〉 0.05 ） as compared with those in the control. |
