摘    要:通过研究塔里木河下游不同水位条件下'刚毛柽柳营养枝和抱茎叶中叶绿体超微结构的变化与其丙二醛(MDA)含量变化的关系.研究表明:当地下水位达到7.68 m时,刚毛柽柳营养枝中叶绿体的数量减少,被膜结构变模糊,基粒片层疏松,淀粉粒数量减少,嗜锇颗粒增加;而抱茎叶在地下水位达到6.68 m时就表现出上述特征.随着地下水位的降低,刚毛柽柳枝叶中MDA含量明显增加,且从7.68 m处开始增加幅度明显大于前期.说明刚毛柽柳营养枝中的叶绿体比抱茎叶中的叶绿体更能耐受干旱胁迫.
