小麦根际土壤酶活性变化研究

摘    要:本文研究了灰漠上和碱化灰漠土中小麦根际、非根际土壤中过氧化氢酶、脲酶和磷酸酶活性变化。在灰漠上小麦根际上中,上述各酶活性均大于非根际上中的各酶活性;在磁化灰漠土中,根际的过氧化氢酶和磷酸酶活性大于非根际上中,脲酶活性变化则相反。本文还初步研究了小麦不同生育期报际和非根际上中过氧化氢酶、脲酸和磷酸酶活性的变化。

Abstract:The changes of soil enzyme activity (catalse, urease and phosphatase) werestudied in wheat rhizosphere in gray desert soil and alkali gray desert soil. It was. found thatsoil enzyme activity (catalse, urease and phosphatase) in rhizosphere was greater than thatof in non-rhizosphere in gray desert soil. In alkali gray desert soil, catalse activity andphosphatase activity in rhizosphere were greater than those of in non-rhizosphere soil ex-cept urease activity. The changes 'of soil enzyme activity (catalse, urease and phosphatase)in different period of wheat duration in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil were also stud-ied.
