野生稻对白叶枯病的抗性研究

摘    要:研究表明,野生稻中蕴藏着对稻病高抗广谱的抗源。在20种野生稻的62个系中,Oryza latifolia W14,O.minuta W17和W44,O.offcinalis W46,O.punctata W50对我国白叶枯病的6个菌株均表现高抗;O.nivara W19,O.rufipogon W30和O.sativa f.spontanea W39对白叶枯病强毒株Xo-ha和Xo-57严重感病;这几种野生稻的一些杂种后代对上述2个菌株也高度感病。本文还讨论了对稻瘟病和纹枯病的兼抗性。这些对我国重要稻病的主要菌系具有多抗性的野生稻,是培育水稻多抗新品种的重要抗源。

Abstract:Sixty-two lines of 20 species of wild rices for resistance to bacterial leaf blight were tested in a screenhouse.Six strains of Xanthomonas campestris pv.oryzae Xo-1, Xo-3, Xo-4, Xo-p1, Xo-57 and Xo-ha from China were used as inoculums.The plants of wild rices were inoculated at 80-82 days after seeding by using leaf clipping method.Of 62 lines of 20 species in wild rices, 5 lines of 4 species were resistant to the 6 strains of the pathogen.They were Oryza latifolia line W14, O. minuta lines W17 and W44, O. officinalis line W46 and O. punctata line W50.Among all lines of wild rices, 3 lines of 3 species were highly susceptible to the highly virulent strains Xo-ha and Xo-57.They were O. nivara line W19, O. rufipogon line W30 and O. sativa f.spontanea line W39.Some progenies from hybrids of these susceptible species of wild rice such as O. nivara/O. rufipogon line W22, O. nivara/O. sativa line W24,O. sativa/O. rufipogon line W40 and O. rufipogon/O. sativa lines W51 and W52 were also susceptible to above mentioned strains.
