防治田埂子囊盘控制油菜菌核病研究

摘    要:对稻油连作区油菜菌核病的控制,采用大面积连片喷药防治田埂子囊盘的方法,可有效地降低初侵染菌源量,从而降低发病程度。该法对油菜菌核病控制效果:在防治区内,离防治边缘100、200、400及1000m分别为69.4%、85.6%、91.8%和97.2%。本文还对油菜菌核病病原子囊孢子的传播距离作了探索性试验。

Abstract:This paper reported the method of curbbing rapeseed stem rot disease by controlling apothecia on the field ridges in rice and oil rape rotation areas. By spraying chemicals on the field ridges in large areas, the primary infecting source of stem rot, as-cospores, were greatly decreased in the fields and therefore the severity of the stem rot was reduced remarkably. By using this method, the control effectiveness reached 69.4%, 85. 6%, 91.8% and 97.2% in the places of 1000, 400, 200 and 100m, respectively, apart from the spraying site within control areas. Some trials on the spread distance of the ascospores were also conducted.
