五氟磺草胺对水稻种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:采用琼脂床法种子萌发试验研究了五氟磺草胺对不同品种水稻种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:对五氟磺草胺敏感性较高的水稻品种有加育253、加昆1号、秀水0209、加绍二号、B优827等,抑制根长的IC50值在1.65×10-2~4.48×10-2 mg/L之间;敏感性较低的品种有两优培等。敏感性高与敏感性低者IC50值相差44倍,IC10值相差51倍,总体上粳稻品种较为敏感,而多数杂交稻品种的敏感性相对较低。在较低温度下水稻对五氟磺草胺更为敏感,15℃时五氟磺草胺对株高与根长的IC50值分别为6.74×10-2与1.58×10-2mg/L,在20、25、30、35℃条件下对根长的IC50值分别是15℃时的1.1、2.2、4.0、7.2倍。在水稻立针期用药液浸根处理后5 d,浓度大于0.10 mg/L 的处理株高均明显受到抑制。在水稻幼苗2叶期时用五氟磺草胺茎叶喷雾处理后15 d,用药量(有效成分)超过30 g/hm2者水稻幼苗生长受到抑制。

Influence of Penoxsulam to Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Oriza sativa

Abstract:Susceptibility of paddy rice to penoxsulam in seed germination and influence of temperature on it were conducted by the method of Agar-agar bed. Some varieties of paddy rice such as JIAYU 253,JIAKUN 1,XIUSHUI 0209,JIASHAO 2 and B YOU 827 were relatively sensitive to penoxsulam, the IC50 value was 1.65×10-2~ 4.48×10-2 mg/L, other varieties such as LIANGYOUPEI were relatively tolerant toward it. The IC50 value of relatively tolerant variety was 44 times of that of sensitive variety, the IC10 value of relative tolerant variety was 51 times of that of sensitive variety, in general the japonica rice was relatively sensitive and most of hybrid rice was relatively tolerant toward it. The paddy rice was more sensitive to penoxsulam in relatively low temperature, the IC50 value for shoots and roots for variety of XIUSHUI 0209 in temperature 15℃ were 6.74×10-2 and 1.58×10-2 mg/L,respectively. The IC50 value for roots in temperature of 20,25,30 and 35℃ was 1.1, 2.2,4.0 and 7.2 times of that in temperature of 15℃,respectively. The shoots of variety of XIUSHUI 0209 was inhibited significantly when the penoxsulam concentration was more than 0.10 mg/L with the roots immersed in penoxsulam solution in the growth stage of needle leaf. Also,the shoots of variety of XIUSHUI 0209 was inhibited significantly when the penoxsulam dosage was more than 30 g/hm2, with the treatmentof spraying in the growth stage of two leaves.
