西瓜、瓜叶及土壤中代森锰锌残留气相色谱分析方法的研究

摘    要:建立了一种测定西瓜、瓜叶及瓜田土壤中代森锰锌残留的气相色谱顶空法, 采用代森锰锌工作曲线法进行测定并计算, 消除了由于CS2/代森锰锌的质量转换系数不确定所带来的困难。该方法测定准确度较高, 最低检测浓度0. 1 mg/k g, 可较好地应用于代森锰锌残留测定。

Abstract:An analytical method for determination of mancozeb residue in watermelon, watermelon leaf and soil by gas chromatography headspace has been established. The working curve of mancozeb was used for determination and calculation, solving the problems caused by the unstable mass conversion coefficient of carbon disulfide/mancozeb. The method is characterized by high accuracy with 0.1 mg/kg minimum detectable level of mancozeb in samples. It can be satisfactorily applied for determination of mancozeb residue.
