草除灵在油菜植株、油菜籽及土壤中残留分析方法研究

摘    要:油菜籽和土壤中残留的草除灵,以丙酮提取,经SPE—F10risil柱层析净化;油菜植株中残留的草除灵,以丙酮、0.01%磷酸水溶液提取,二氯甲烷液一液分配后SPE—Florisil柱层析净化。高效液相色谱(紫外检测器)测定,外标法定量。结果表明,草除灵平均添加回收率超过88.5%,相对标准偏差〈8.0%,方法最小检出量1.0×10^-10g,最低检出浓度0.01mg/kg。

Abstract:Benazolin in rapeseed and soil was extracted by acetone and cleaned by SPE-Florisil.Benazolin in rape pant was extracted with acetone with 0.5%phosphoric acid aqueous solution,liquid-liquid partition by dichloromethane and cleaned by SPE-Florisil.The above residue Benazolin was checked by HPLC with UV detection 200nm,based on an external standard calibration curve.The results showed that: the average reclaim ratio was above 88.5%,the relative standard deviation was under 8.0%,the minimum detectable level was 1.0×10-10g,and the minimum residue was 0.01mg/kg,which was accord with the residue analysis request.
