联苯菊酯10%水乳剂的配方研究

摘    要:本研究通过正交优化得到联苯菊酯10%水乳剂的最佳配方:联苯菊酯原药10%,二甲苯20%,农乳602#3.5%,Tween-20 2.5%,农乳500#2%,乙二醇4%,有机硅消泡剂0.2%,去离子水补足至100%。最佳生产工艺为:使用高速剪切机,剪切转速6 000r/min,剪切时间4min。该水乳剂pH值5.7~6.5,稀释100倍于(30±2)℃恒温水浴24h未出现浮油、沉油、沉淀,经(54±2)℃热贮14d,分解率〈2%,制剂表面张力低,倾倒性佳。

Abstract:The optimum formulation of 10% bifenthrin emulsion in water(EW)was developed by the screening of the solvent and surfactant through the orthogonal experiment.The optimum solvent was 18% dimethylbenzene,the optimum surfactants of 602# and Tween-20 and 500# were 3% and 2.5% and 2%,the ethanediol was 4%,the organic silicon defoamer was 0.2%,the other component was deionized water.The best productive technology of 10% bifenthrin EW was that the shearing speed was 6 000 r/min,and the shearing time fixed on 4 mins.The pH was 5.7~6.5,there were not oil slick,precipitation,the stability of the bifenthrin EW was up to grade.The formulation had been stored at the temperature(54±2)℃for14 days with the resolution ratio 1.5%,its surface tension was low enough,and good pourability it had.
