毒死蜱在稻田水中残留的测定方法研究

摘    要:建立稻田水中毒死蜱的气相色谱测定方法。稻田水中的毒死蜱经二氯甲烷液液分配提取后,用电子俘获检测气相色谱法测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。方法的线性范围为0.000 1~2mg/L,r=0.999 9,回收率为81.49~94.91%,RSD为2.9~10.41%。结果表明该方法灵敏,准确,并能很好地排除干扰,可满足稻田水中痕量毒死蜱的测定。

Abstract:To develop a gas chromatography method to determine chlorpyfifos in water.Chlorpyfifos was determined by GC-ECD after extraction by methylene dichloride.Qualitative analvsis was done by retention time and quantitative analysis by extemal standard curve.The linear range of the method was 0.000 1~2mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,the rates of recovery were 81.49~94.91%,RSD were 2.97~10.41%.This method is sensitive,accurate,able to eliminate the interferences and suitable for determination of trace chlorpyrifos in water.
