虫螨腈在姜中的残留量及消解动态研究

摘    要:为评价虫螨腈在姜中使用的安全性,开展虫螨腈在姜中的残留量及残留降解研究。进行1年4地田间试验。消解动态试验按360g a.i/ha施药;最终残留试验按72g a.i/ha和108 g a.i/ha施药,施药1~2次,施药间隔7d,施药后7、14、21d采样姜样品。气相色谱对虫螨腈进行定量分析。田间消解动态试验表明:虫螨腈在植株中消解较快,在山东和安徽半衰期分别为6.0、8.2d。最终21d姜样品中虫螨腈的残留量在低于0.01~0.0495mg/kg,低于欧盟和日本制定的虫螨腈在姜中最大残留限量(0.05mg/kg)。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the safety of chlorfenapyr in ginger,a supervised trial experiment was conducted to study the residues and decline dynamics of chlorfenapyr in ginger.Field experiments were conducted in four different locations during one year.For dissipation trial,chlorfenapyr was sprayed at the concentration of 360 g a.i/ha.For final residue trial,chlorfenapyr was applied 1~2 times with the spraying interval of 7d at 72 g a.i/ha and 108 g a.i/ha,respectively.Ginger was sampled after 7,14,21 d of application.Chlorfenapyr was analyzed by gas chromatographic.The results of the decline dynamics study showed that half-life values(t 1/2)were 6.0 d and 8.2 d in Shandong and Anhui,respectively.The final residues of chlorfenapyr in ginger after 21 days of treatment were below 0.01~0.0495mg/kg,which was lower than the MRL set by Japan and EU(0.05 mg/kg).
