高产高抗优质胡麻新品种陇亚10号选育研究

依据亲本来源、选育过程以及省区试和国家区试等试验结果,对陇亚10号遗传背景、育种目标和育种方法以及产量、品质、抗病性和适应性进行综合评价.结果表明,陇亚10号选育采用的丰富遗传基础、早代选择抗病性、较高世代选择农艺性状和品质的选育方法有效.陇亚10号丰产性突出,省区试和国家区试结果,陇亚10号折合单产分别为1 921.8 kg/hm2和2 077.95 kg/hm2,较统一对照陇亚8号增产4.62%和10.57%,居参试材料第一位.含油率40.89%,亚麻酸含量54.03%,品质优良;枯萎病发病率在3%以下,高抗枯萎病.稳产性好,综合农艺性状优良,适宜我国胡麻主产区种植.

Breeding of new oil flax cultivar Longya No.10 with high yields,good quality and resistance to diseases

Acording to the resource of the parents,breeding methods and the results of variety trials,background,breeding aims and methods were analysed for Longya No.10.The results showed that the genetic background of Longya No.10 was rich and it was an efficent breesing method to select the resistance to diseases in early generation and character and quality in late generation.In the variety trials for Gansu Province and the country,the yields of Longya No.10 were 1 921.8 kg/hm2 and 2 077.95 kg/hm2 and were higher ...
