螺旋藻营养液在黄瓜无土栽培中的应用研究

摘    要:研究了螺旋藻应用于黄瓜无土栽培的效应,与蔬菜无土栽培过程中常用的日本园式及华南蔬菜配方相比,螺旋藻可明显提高黄瓜的产量和品质,增产20340~23235kg/hm2,增产率达到23.1%~27.2%,可溶性固形物提高2.0mg/100g,水分含量增加2.6%及2.4%,Vc含量增加26~34mg/kg,霜霉病发病率降低5.8%~6.8%,增加41700~43260元/hm2的纯收入,经济效益明显。

Abstract:The research was conducted to analyze the effects of spirulina on cucumber under soilless culture. The results showed it could improve the yield and quality of cucumber and produce remarkable economic effect. By using spirulina, the yield of cucumber was increased 20 340~23 235 kg/hm\ 2, and the increase ratio was 18.7%~21.4%; the content of soluble solid was increased by 2.0 mg/100g; the water content increased by 2.5%; the content of Vc was incresed 26~34 mg/kg; the incidence rate of downy mildew was decreased 5.8%~6.8%; and the net income was increased 41 700~43 260 yuan/hm\ 2.
