| 摘 要： | 根据1988年、2000年和2004年3期TM/ETM+遥感影像数据,利用遥感和地理信息系统技术,选取土地利用变化幅度、单一土地利用动态度和综合土地利用动态度指数模型,并应用马尔柯夫模型对宝鸡市金渭两区土地利用动态变化及变化趋势进行了分析.结果表明:16 a来宝鸡市金渭两区耕地面积迅速减少,园地面积迅速增加,同时城乡用地也有较大幅度的增加,林地呈现减少趋势,而未利用地有增加趋势,水域面积变化不大.未来16 a内该区域的土地利用变化基本趋势是:园地和城乡用地将持续增加,城乡用地增加速度较快,林地将持续减少,耕地、水域和未利用地变化不大.
