内蒙古典型农牧交错区孕灾环境特征及气象灾害风险辨识

以巴林左旗、察右中旗为例，详细分析了典型农牧交错区主要气象灾害发生的孕灾环境、致灾因子、承灾体及灾情。指出该地区复杂多样的地貌、不稳定的气候系统以及农牧业经济文化落后、投入不足、抗灾力不强等是孕灾环境的总体特征；干旱、低温冷害、霜冻和白灾等气象灾害是农牧业的主要致灾因子。进而分析了干旱、低温冷害、霜冻和白灾发生的规律。同时通过对气候变化与致灾因子相互关系分析，得出随着气候变暖，气象灾害发生的频率有增加的态势，尤其是干旱和白灾。

Risk distinction of main meteorological disasters and characteristics of disaster-for ming environments in interleaving areas of agriculture and pasture in Inner Mongolia

The paper analyses the factors that lead to the main meteorological disasters by using Balinzuo Banner and Chayouzhong Banner as presentative areas. It investigates the characteristics of disaster - forming environments such as sophisticated terrain, unsteady climate system and backward economy, and the main disaster-causing factors such as drought, chilling damage, and frost and snow disaster. Furthermore, it researches the distribution law of the main meteorological disasters. Based on the correlation analysis between climatic changes and the disaster- causing factors, it puts forward that the occurring frequency of meteorological disasters tend to increase with the climate warming, especially that of drought and snow disasters.
