旱作条件下转BADH基因水稻品系的综合评价

摘    要:在旱作条件下,对转甜菜碱醛脱氢酶(BADH)基因水稻的4个品系(51-15、51-22、52-7、52-3)和受体亲本中花8号、当地推广陆稻品种白珍珠(ck1)和旱作水稻品种开系7(ck2)进行品比试验,从21个农艺性状方面对转BADH基因水稻品系进行了综合分析与评价。结果表明:旱作条件下转BADH基因品系明显优于其受体亲本中花8号;7个供试品种(系)与参考品种的关联序为51-22>51-15>白珍珠>52-7>52-3>开系7>中8;聚类分析将7个供试品种(系)划分为3类:52-7、51-22、51-15、白珍珠为一类,52-3与开系7为一类,中花8号为一类。在4个转BADH基因水稻品系中,51-7、51-15、51-22综合性状表现较好,适宜在旱作条件下种植。

Abstract:A variety comparing test was conducted for the BADH (betaine aldehyde dehyrogenase) transgenic rice lines (51-15, 51-22, 52-7 and 52-3), the receptor rice (Zhonghua 8) and the local upland rice cultivars Baizhenzhu (ck1) and Kaixi 7 (ck2) under the condition of dry farming. The comprehensive analysis on 21 agronomical characters of the trial materials showed that the BADH transgenic rice lines were significantly superior to the receptor under dry farming management. According to their correlated degree to the reference variety, the 7 trial materials could be put in sequence as: 51-22>51-15>Baizhenzhu>52-7>52-3>Kaixi 7>Zhonghua 8. Using the method of cluster analysis, the trial materials were divided into three categories, in which the first included 52-7, 51-22, 51-15 and Baizhenzhu, the second included 52-3 and Kaixi 7, and the third included only Zhonghua 8. The transqenic rice lines 51-22, 51-15 and 51-7 were characterized with fine agronomical traits, and were suitable to be grown under dry farming.
